Any violations of this proposed law would be classified as a felony, punishable with minimum incarceration of 10yrs and minimum fine of $100,000. It would also include immediate termination of any employment, with any pension, bonus, vacation time, and any other job related benefit revoked, nullified, and canceled without any payout.”
- If they ban guns around children I don’t ever want to see a law enforcement officer hesitate to put their life/lives regardless of backup. If they do not go in immediately after arriving on scene of a school x ing. I will be the first to say they will not because most are cowards, not all. I understand saying it could take more live if someone was untrained. Simple fix allow teachers who want to, to carry in schools and provide training and qualifications courses for free. We must stop this assault against our freedoms and constitution.
- Suppose Pam Bondi restores gun rights for nonviolent and victimless felons! In that case, she must acknowledge that these rights are rooted in natural rights that do not derive from the government and that the history of firearm possession must be accepted when the Constitution was written. Question: Are nonviolent felons/citizens required to file a request with the A.G. for government permission to have their natural gun rights restored, or is it automatic because of the 2nd Amendment?
- I am in Washington state and was put in contact with my reps here via one of the gun rights groups I support. If this law passes, we which also means I, will not comply with it. I carry everywhere, as that one time where they tell you cannot carry is where you may end up getting shot.
- When I was 12 years old , we got sign up for gun safety glasses in the fall . They would take a school bus full of us from our school to a shooting range on a Saturday. We spent most of the day there shooting a couple different rifles and some shotguns. Then we were treated with sausage and pancakes for breakfast and hot dogs and hamburgers for lunch . Most those kids I grew up with turned out to be some the best to be around as adults ! And yes it is a back yard behind the shed pants down around their ankles gun bill ! Have great day – Gene B
