• I agree that this is a shameless publicity stunt and I have liked Ben less and less as the months go by, but he did explain that a federal pardon would not release him. A federal pardon would send a message, it’s the right thing to do, and it’s easier to get paroled if he only had the state charges. He’s not hiding that he’d still be in prison even with a federal pardon.
• Little Ben says the Jan 6 protestors deserve to go to jail, but Derek Chauvin deserves a pardon. He’s just the worst.
