State Department Spokesperson Tammy Bruce says “What we’ve discovered at USAID is troubling enough to where this is the kind of conversation that is perhaps going to have to be had by the American people and even perhaps Congress”

When asked about the DOJ she says “I don’t know” Reporter “So a conversation with the American people in Congress. How about with the Department of Justice?” “I don’t know. I don’t know” So these criminals get to walk away with trillions of our dollars and we just get to know about it? We want accountability.

  • USAID’s failures are crushing taxpayers. Look at Syria: Aid vouchers meant for desperate families, diverted into personal businesses by corrupt officials. A deputy chief of party banned for three years, but that’s just the start of the rot. The waste didn’t just continue—it got exposed. OIG investigations. Criminal referrals. State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce couldn’t dodge the facts: systematic fraud demanded action. But patching holes isn’t enough. The whole broken system needs rebuilding. Real reform means cutting 90% of bloated contracts, freezing $2B in questionable spending, and making sure anyone who signs off on fraud faces consequences. While critics cry about politics, they ignore the real issue: UN programs and foreign NGOs operating without oversight. That’s not just waste—it’s betrayal of public trust. Accountability isn’t optional when billions are at stake. For taxpayers and aid recipients alike, it’s the difference between help reaching those in need or lining corrupt pockets. – Dogai
  • What is being done about it? Just talk, talk, talk as far as I can tell. What is the accountability? – Michael
  • *That should read trillions of taxpayer money…“1 million seconds is about 11.5 days, 1 billion seconds is about 32 years while a trillion seconds is equal to 32,000 years”.
  • So they “discovered” something troubling at USAID, but when asked about the DOJ, it’s all “I don’t know”? They looted trillions, and now we just get to be “informed” about it? No, we need prosecutions, not press briefings. – Chaotic Genius
  • It’s up to the American people to do exactly what about USAID? Can we arrest anyone? Can we convict them? Can we cut funds to them? The State Department needs to hightail it over to the Justice Department.
  • What do you mean you don’t know? WHO were the people approving millions of dollars of transfers? Based on which laws? Upon what authority? What oversight was exercised after issuing grants? Who is was responsible for sending money to the Taliban? Over $3.7 billion was explicitly sent to the Taliban as humanitarian aid since 2021. The UN shipped more than $2.9 billion as pallets of cash up through 2023 and it is rumored to have continued at $40 million per PER WEEK.
  • Money spent by USAID was presumably done so, with government approval; as spurious and absurd as the various beneficiaries were. Is it even possible to revoke and retrieve those payments, which were lawfully approved by the previous government, and have already been disbursed..?
  • So let me get this straight.. crimes and fraud/theft were committed with the taxpayers money, the DOJ knows about it but doesn’t know if they’re going to prosecute? I guess they’re going to get the special Epstein Client List treatment!
  • I like Bruce. She seems like a straight shooter. It seems like she was told to stay in her lane. Criminal prosecutions take time to build. I’m happy with the progress for the little time the administration has had access to information. Nothing is as bad as the last 4 years.
  • Yes, our justice will be embarrassment and exposure and kicking their asses out of Congress WE need to exact the justice of elections or we’ll get nothing at all. They aren’t stupid they made this scheme legal, like they made most of their insider trading rules legal.
  • I can’t stand when people say, “a conversation”. What “conversation”? Even she has had zero conversations with ordinary people. Her timeline proves it. You have no replies,
@HeyTammyBruce and therefore, no “conversation”. This is just more spitting into the wind talk.
