• What actually happened last time was many players were not gonna go. Remember that team had Malcolm Jenkins and 2 former patriots that didn’t go when the patriots won: Chris long and LeGarret Blount. So the team was going to send a “smaller contingent of players”. Trump then cancelled their invitation because it would’ve looked bad. A lot of eagles fans were mad back then. I used to listen to a lot of sports radio. WIP and the FAN and a lot of people called in to complain about them not going.
