Girl scouts are in full force right now, too. They’re at every major business. Not only are they overpriced, but they’re extremely unhealthy. Those poor kids. Shame on the Girl Scouts of America Corporation.

Oh wow! Thank God I didn’t stop today and buy a box. I haven’t had a girl scout cookie in years. I almost stopped and got a box of thin mints. W. T. H!?!?
This is absolutely horrifying! As a former girl scout who sold these cookies in good faith & a long-time customer buying them in good faith, this feels truly criminal & if it is, I hope the companies making them will be prosecuted. They should be publicly shamed & bankrupted. – Michelle Liberty
This is infuriating ! The poisoning of so many people who love these cookies and wait each year for them to be sold. The amount of chemicals found in them has to be purposeful. What reason could be given for all those toxic chemicals being added? The makers and organization know how many people buy these cookies to support Girl Scout
Lastly, they don’t specify that some of these “heavy metals” will show up in our food regardless because they are naturally occurring and some of these ingredients also carry it or what the safe levels are. I am not saying they aren’t right, what I am saying is, it is fishy.
