HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT: Meet The New ATF Director

• So, alcohol is legal Tobacco is legal Firearms are constitutionally protected Why do we need the ATF?
• The ATF, at a minimum, needs to be reduced to a non police agency. Should have no arrest authority. The people that have been compiling A firearms database need to be indicated and prosecuted!
• Here’s a possible scenario. Kash appointed ATF director, doesn’t have to go through confirmation hearings again, smart move. Kash hires Brandon Herrera directly under him, also doesn’t have to go through confirmation since he’s not director. Brandon essentially runs the ATF and reports directly to Kash. Problem solved, folks!
• The best thing Kash Patel can do is appoint a deputy director at the ATF so he can focus on cleaning up the FBI.
• I am 100% convinced that Brandon Herrera is the right person for the ATF Director. Every effort should be made to make this happen. I am okay with Kash being the acting director until Brandon is confirmed.
• I have a friend of mine who just retired from the ATF after 25+ years he was a senior special agent and even he said that the ATF should be dissolved into the FBI and pretty much gotten rid of when you do the NFA your stuff goes through the FBI anyway
• I hope he goes after those who perpetrated the single biggest gun-running operation in our history, selling guns to the Mexican drug cartels. ~ NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!
• Let’s not forget the atrocities committed against the Randy Weavers and Brian Malinowskis and the ruin of lives and livelihoods of many lawful people. There’s a decades old culture of lawless abuse within this agency, agents that need to be charged and punished for their crimes. Will the new director bring justice?
• Kash has already been through the confirmation process. So he can be head of both and then appoint a deputy director to do what needs to be done while keeping Kash aware. It’s incredibly brilliant!
