- Preposterous, who the hell is advising them? Now, granted – the many who participated in the J6 charade & too many gleefully arrested old people, are screaming, we were doing your job, sorry – not good enough. Consider the many, that quit jobs due to the ‘clot-shot’ – a choice.

- FBI agents are barred by 5 U.S.C. § 7311 from striking against the government, and the Hatch Act prohibits political protests on duty. Walking off the job in protest of the president would violate federal law, undermine national security, and erode public trust. Agents who object to administration policies have the right to resign, but not to abandon their posts in a political act that compromises law enforcement integrity.
- By LAW they will be fired for cause with NO benefits or retirement conferred. GO FOR IT. We have 2 million in vast military that can cover until it is rebuilt.

- I agree. Since it’s illegal for them to walk out, when they do they can easily be fired. Just make sure someone keeps track of who does.
- Why are FBI agents so afraid to fill out a questionnaire? They have been bragging for 4 years about hunting insurrectionist. Isn’t not participating in an employment review or refusing to fill out paperwork grounds for termination?
- It’s already negotiated that the union cannot call for a strike. A “Wildcat Strike” would result in a lot of terminations.
- I’m afraid she’s out of luck, most people can’t walk away from their paycheck and generally are afraid to, even if they think it’s an idle threat. Can’t see FBI agents walking out in mass and I’m am sure a number of agents are glad to see a change for the good!
- Exactly. If they know they did nothing wrong, they followed all legal procedures, constitution, bill of rites why do they feel so threaten with an investigation. Gov employees get their cases reviewed and audited all the time. Do They think they’re special.
