Simpson: “Mr. Harris, are you driving?” Harris: “Actually, I’m pulling into my doctor’s office, actually. Just give me one second.” Judge Simpson then revoked Harris’s bond and ordered him to turn himself into the local jail. The incident happened in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
