The deciding vote was cast by Justice Roberts, while Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh were in the dissent. Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a Trump appointee, also sided with the majority.”

Justice Roberts is compromised. There is a video of him doing something bad, I’m guessing. The federal government is fighting to keep the border open. The states, under Article 1 Section 10 Clause 3 have the authority to secure their borders. Roberts is dead wrong.
