He says his supporters are comprised of pro-choice, pro-life, environmental activists, climate change skeptics etc. RFK makes the case that he is the best candidate to unify the country. Today he used the example that he used to think that anyone who wanted to close the border was xenophobic and that after visiting the border himself, he changed his position. He pitched this as a strength of leadership quality. What remains to be seen is however, is if this pivot will affect the Republican or Democrat ticket more in the general election.
