- Wow, this was a tearjerker. I grew up in the 80s, so Alex P. Keaton on Family Ties was a fixture in my home. Prayers to Michael J. Fox and his family. Parkinsons, like most neurological disorders, is not kind and every day is a conscious effort to get through it.
