- A person called Amit Jain clerks for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor. As a Yale student, Jain blasted Yale for supporting Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination. Jain was quoted in a 2017 Politico piece by Josh Gerstein. Today, Gerstein published the draft SCOTUS opinion on Roe. – Matt Wolking
- 1. Oral argument made obvious the Court will overturn Roe and Casey, properly returning abortion regulations to states. 2. This unprecedented leak is a stunning, shameful, and likely illegal attempt to obstruct the Court’s deliberations on a pending case. – Mike Davis

- …The article represents the greatest crisis that Chief Justice John Roberts has faced in his tenure on the Court. It is a breach of the most fundamental obligations and traditions of the Court. – Jonathan Turley
- If Justice Roberts does not demand a full criminal investigation *immediately* to find the leaker and hold accountable the Justice that employed (encouraged?) them to leak then Roberts is truly complicit in the coming destruction of the court. – Benny Johnson
