Gene, no one forces you to go to Whatfinger or look at any of the video’s they post. What’s amusing is that you think that people really give a crap about what you think. For example, I’m certain there are many who feel as you do and think I’m off base. Guess what? I could care less. If it bothers you so much don’t go to Whatfinger. They don’t care what you think any more than I do.
I would love to see this destroy the legal system in the US.
I didn’t arrest an officer for violating the law but I did have him severely repremanded and it stopped his promotions until he eventually left the force. The dialogue was just about the same. Law enforcement officers are not above the laws they enforce.
Now before someone responds, they can legally break the law if necessary, in performance of their legal duties. The subject officer obviously was not actively performing his duties to the point where the law needed to be violated.
So it’s fair game to respond undecipherable in a force overtone situation because that’s the standard of your judgement,
