We need in person, on paper, with proper ID and chain of custody for mail in which is NOT the same as absentee (as that requires ID and CoC plus you have to request the ballot in the first place, where mail in are sent to every address, even vacant lots, and to very registered voter, even dead and those who moved to another state).

I expect the Congress to give Gen. Miley a medal. Perhaps not a Congressional Medal of Honor, but I’m certain the Congress and President Biden will be strongly supportive of Gen. Miley, and if any charges were brought against him, likely Biden would stop it if done through the Uniform Code of Military Justice, possibly even a pardon, but nothing will happen to Miley for sure.
