While America spends 7 years stuck in permits to build anything, China builds massive AI data centers in 11 months because the government just says “do it” and it happens. He says China knows AI = power. “They are kicking our high knees in advancing AI. They basically say, let’s put down a 1.4 gig facility right here. Build it in the next 11 months. We got to go through 7 years of permitting in North America. The U.S. is stuck dragging its feet while China stacks chips, data, and control of the future. They’re going to use it for economic dominance and military dominance.”
