- I just checked one of these at random. The Nature Valley bars have 11 g of sugar in two bars (one pack). A sugar cube is 3 to 5 grams. So, 3.67 small sugar cubes, or 2.2 big sugar cubes. The video claims 6! So, I’m thinking that’s sensationalism. Still too much sugar, though! TB
