The fact that the food companies continue to use these tactics that they learned from the tobacco industry and how to hijack our taste buds, hijack our brains so that we cannot stop eating. We can’t stand a chance against that type of manipulation and that’s why Big Food needs to be held accountable and they need to stop that right now.”

Interesting. I gave up Pringles and Doritos because I found myself not being able to put the package down. Intuition saved me on that one. I will stop eating any other product that trains me to finish bags or boxes of food. Once were trained, it doesn’t matter what we eat. – Patriot Quill
It’s alarming how far this has gone. What should be simple food has turned into engineered cravings, built by machines to override basic discipline. When companies design snacks to melt instantly or amplify flavors beyond anything found in nature, it stops being nutrition and becomes conditioning.
