That when I have to go to that zoo or when I want to go to that zoo, I have to pay to then get into the zoo. Who the f*ck voted to subsidize a private zoo?” What happens is sometimes counties will force their residents to subsidize private zoos by having the Zoos be run by nonprofit organizations, then it’s a public/private partnership they can send money to American taxpayers never stop having their money taken

This man just discovered the American tax code is basically a mafia protection racket with nicer stationery, he’s getting robbed for the county jail, the county library, some “senior” fund nobody actually sees, AND THEN he’s getting extorted to bankroll a private zoo that still charges him admission to look at depressed animals, that’s peak clown world, that’s like paying child support for a kid you never met AND still getting billed for daycare every time you visit, these county “public private partnerships” are just a polite way of saying “politically connected nonprofits shaking down homeowners like crackheads with clipboards,” and the best part is nobody actually voted on it, they just sneak it onto the bill like a hidden fee and dare you to complain, America isn’t taxed, it’s harvested, and every year they squeeze a little harder because they know you can’t do shit except fork over the cash and pray they don’t invent a new fee for squirrels crossing the road, taxpayers don’t get representation, taxpayers get looted like Olympic athletes of misery, and the zoo hustle is the perfect symbol: pay us to fund it, then pay AGAIN to enter it, then pay AGAIN for parking, it’s a scam layered on top of a scam stacked on top of legal extortion. – Dan B
Sounds like he lives in Oakland, Macomb or Wayne county MI. Thats how the Detroit zoo works. My property taxes have gone up $2,500 in total over the past 6 years. – Fletcher L
