He highlighted a suspicious overnight spike in mail-in votes for Democrat Abigail Spanberger, jumping from 125,000 to over 300,000—a 175,000-vote increase that screams ballot harvesting to conservatives. In New Jersey’s gubernatorial contest, Democrat Mickey Cheryl’s unexpected 56-43 win over Jack Chedarelli defied polls and demographic shifts, with nearly 500,000 new young voters magically appearing, overwhelmingly Democratic. Pool argued these aren’t coincidences but part of a pattern: Democrats exploiting lax ID laws, urban vote dumps, and mail-in fraud to steal races.

Conservatives point to irregularities like late-night ballot dumps in swing states, unexplained vote spikes, and Dominion voting machines allegedly flipping votes. In Georgia, undercover footage from MugClub revealed Democratic operatives boasting about illegal ballot harvesting schemes, including paying homeless people to vote and exploiting nursing homes—tactics they claimed secured Biden’s narrow victory. Trump’s team pressured the DOJ in 2025 to revisit these claims, warning that unchecked fraud would taint 2026 midterms. Similarly, in Michigan, evidence emerged of Democrats engaging in ballot auctions during “midnight meetings,” buying votes, and illegal harvesting, with no charges from AG Dana Nessel or the FBI despite awareness.

Arrests and indictments bolster these charges. In Texas, 15 Democrats faced election-fraud charges for ballot harvesting, with AG Ken Paxton vowing to root out the “virtually nonexistent” fraud Democrats deny. A former Texas Democrat House candidate was charged in 2025 for similar schemes. In Pennsylvania, two men got harsher-than-expected sentences for mayoral race fraud involving absentee ballots. New Jersey Democrats were indicted again for forging ballots and registrations to rig 2020. North Carolina saw Democrats caught in a cash-for-votes scandal, paying for ballots—a tip of a nationwide iceberg. In New York, a Queens Democrat was charged with a voter fraud scheme involving dozens of absentee ballots.

These allegations erode trust, with conservatives warning Democrats win only through cheating. In 2025 off-year races, like NYC’s mayoral, baseless fraud claims from Andrew Cuomo highlight intra-party rifts, but conservatives see it as deflection. Biden’s DOJ battles against integrity measures raise alarms. As Pool notes, elites view voters as “chickens in a coop,” rigging the game. Solutions? Enforce ID, ban harvesting, purge rolls. Without action, stolen elections could lead to civil unrest, per Steve Bannon.
