Lawfare against police departments and cities,” Ngo explained. Once in court, cases land before radical left judges who orchestrate multimillion-dollar settlements, recycling the cash back into Antifa’s war chest.

Seamus Bruner and independent journalists detailed how unions, foreign nationals, and billionaires like Soros funnel money via Arabella Advisors—a D.C. powerhouse controlling funds like the New Venture Fund and Sixteen Thirty Fund.
