Wild Bodycam and cell phone footage shows a violent fight between 39-year-old Erika McGriff and a Jacksonville police officer outside a charter school on Oct. 7. The two exchange punches before the officer puts McGriff in a headlock and cuffs her. Officials said McGriff, along with Jasmine Jefferson, and Anita Gibson, was arrested under Florida’s new “Halo Law,” which bans people from crowding or harassing first responders within 25 feet.
