In disturbing footage posted online, a migrant motel worker was allegedly captured beheading his manager in front of his family – then kicking his head like a soccer ball. According to police and an arrest warrant affidavit, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, a 37-year-old Cuban national with a lengthy criminal history, started an argument with his boss, Chandra Nagamallaiah, at a Downtown Suites motel in Dallas, Texas, while cleaning a room with another employee at the motel on Sept. 10. Surveillance footage from the motel caught Cobos-Martinez chasing after his motel manager, pulling out a machete and slashing him while Nagamallaiah’s nearby family shrieked in horror. Cobos-Martinez continued to hack at the 50-year-old manager until his head was clean off.
