In other words – American taxpayers now have to pay certain groups like Blackstone – OUR MONEY – yet they will use OUR tax dollars to buy American road supplies, electrical and other equipment. Which means STILL – American taxpayers are being ripped off and it is being planned to rip us off further. We can just spend the money here in the US and bypass Ukrainian corruption and all the middlemen stealing our money.
