This update, pushed by Griswold, was supposed to be routine but ended up deleting and overwriting critical election databases—actions that violated both state and federal retention laws. What Peters uncovered was explosive: analysis of the “before” and “after” images revealed Dominion kept “two sets of books,” with logs showing unauthorized deletions during the ongoing 2020 election.

Experts like mathematician Edward Solomon delved deeper, exposing coordinated fraud in counties like Arapahoe, where Proposition B (removing a property tax cap) passed suspiciously despite widespread opposition. Solomon’s findings showed impossible vote patterns, with 23,031 “No” votes flipped to “Yes,” creating a 46,062-vote margin through algorithmic manipulation. “Arapahoe County played the most pivotal role by providing the largest number of fraudulent Yes votes, ultimately pushing through this highly unpopular measure,” Solomon concluded. Peters’ backups—now known as the Mesa Reports—provided irrefutable proof that Dominion’s systems were vulnerable and had been tampered with, directly challenging the narrative that 2020 was “the most secure election in history. “But instead of investigating these revelations, Colorado’s Democrat machine swung into action to bury them. Wayne Williams, another Griswold ally and advisor to ballot-printing firm Runbeck (funded by George Soros entities), billed Mesa County thousands while his company profited from the fallout. These insiders, many with Soros connections, orchestrated Peters’ downfall to protect their rigged system. The setup was textbook Deep State: In November 2021, the FBI raided Peters’ home at dawn, terrifying the 69-year-old widow with “soldiers in combat gear” wielding automatic weapons and a battering ram.

Meanwhile, Griswold’s office altered Cast Vote Records in Arapahoe County in February 2025 to erase Solomon’s fraud evidence, posting a flimsy excuse the next day. Solomon filed an FBI complaint, warning, “They were intending to frame me for a perjury charge, like they did to Tina Peters, to scare anyone from ever using Cast Vote Records again from questioning elections.” District Attorney Dan Rubinstein admitted in emails there was “no precedent” for prosecuting Peters but pushed ahead to “legitimize” it.
