In Florida’s 2018 Senate race, Democrats were accused of trying to “steal” the election through ballot shenanigans tied to gerrymandered districts. Even the Supreme Court has noted how partisan gerrymandering in states like North Carolina (GOP) and Maryland (Dem) warps democracy, though it ruled federal judges can’t police it. But when you factor in Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, and other smaller red states, Republicans could gain over 15 seats in the House. And Donald Trump is going to pursue this strategy, which is why JD Vance is in Indiana right now.
