Why doesn’t Trump just get a judge to counteract the BS fake judgements of the foreign born (over 30% in DC!) Democrat Marxist judges dictates? Seriously?

All Trump needs to do is every time the Marxists launch one of their attempts to usurp presidential power, just have your own judges at the same level, say Trump is in the right.  – SIMPLE – no issues – Make it happen. How stupid to care what judges say or think across America? – Mal Antoni  – Also – What I would do is also start counteracting judgements by the Supreme Court – and see if there needs to be a separation of powers as the Founders put into the Constitution. If a judge can affect Trump, Trump can affect THEIR judgements. DO this at least on the same level as the Marxist judges like the low life noted below, and we can finally get the Supreme Court involved once and for all. Then we’ll see if the corrupt Chief Justice dares to decide against the Constitution yet again.

• Because what the judge issued was a lawless order, imo,@POTUS@realDonaldTrump can restrain the effectivity of the TRO until the judge can prove that the potential harm to the country can only be discovered by first granting the visas to foreigners and allowing them to enroll in Harvard. Once they’ve committed crimes, after the fact, when Americans have already suffered the consequences, can their visas be un-granted; this burden of proof is on the judge for not erring on the side of safety, for not deciding out of an abundance of caution. The TRO must be suspended (or revoked, ignored, defied) until the judge can show that foreign students will suffer irreparable harm if they cannot leave their country because they were not granted visas to enter the United States.
