- We need freedoms on the SHORT act as well for rights of people who use pistol braces. The nfa needs to be removed it says nothing about restrictions on certain firearms in the Constitution who is designed to restrict the government not the People.
- The Supreme Court has ruled that you cannot restrict or prohibit law abiding American citizens from exercising their 2nd Amendment rights to possess a particular firearm (a suppressor is considered a firearm) simply because there is a chance some criminal may use one in the commission of a crime. The 2nd Amendment trumps (no pun intended) all of the bans and restrictions the government may try to impose on law abiding American citizens.
