Trump Signs Order SLASHING Drug Prices Up To 80%, Democrats Furious Trump Enacting Policy THEY WANT

• I can’t imagine Democrats complaining about this. Actually, I can.
• He’s admitted for years that he uses their hatred of him as a tool to get his way, yet they keep falling for it.
• It aggravates me because we, as Americans, have to pay for the entire research & development of these drugs. Then these drug companies turn around & sell these drugs in other countries MUCH cheaper than here! I understand they need to make money, but they should be sharing the costs between all of the other countries as well, not just America.
• I think what he’s doing is he’s putting the ball in Congress‘s court to make them do the right thing. Because if Congress fails to act, then Trump can put his hands in the air, shrug and say “I did all that I could so clearly it’s not me that’s the problem.” It’s a brilliant move.
• So, they are claiming that Trump is ultra-right and a communist at the same time? What kind of drug are they using and where can I buy some? Lol
• It’s simple. He wants the drug companies to not charge more between one country from another. In other words the country that is charged the lowest price will also be our price.
• I had a severe infection I had to get antibiotics to take 2 tablets for 7 days, when I looked at the total cost I would have paid it was $387!!!!
• what will be hilarious is when these drug companies start raising prices for other countries to maintain their profit margins that, once again, america was keeping afloat.
• If the drug companies are making THAT much of a profit off of it, that’s called price gouging and he CAN do something about THAT. They’ve been price gouging for decades now. Also, we need to get rid of Obamacare and that’ll help with insurance rates at least. Also, he can allow insurance companies to trade across state lines which will introduce competition into the market making the prices go down even further.
• I’m a Registered Nurse. Gluten free diets are necessary for celiac disease and some rare gluten sensitivities. For healthy people, avoiding gluten can contribute to things like heart problems and diabetes, along with reduced intake of B vitamins and iron. Also gluten free foods can be higher in sugar and fat. People with celiac disease have to take supplements to make up for the lack of gluten in their diet.
• I would hope he could get congress to do something good. Biden’s “dropping drug prices” for Medicare patients just meant our insurance companies dropped a lot of meds into higher tiers or off the formulary completely. It has caused me such a nightmare.
• I was 230 lbs on Feb 17. A1c 13 with blood sugar as high as 400. I was on metformin and semaglutide . Went on a carnivore diet the 18th of Feb. with in a month I was 200 lbs and gave up metformin and sema . By the end of March my blood sugar has been and remains 85-110. No meds. I now weigh 180 lbs and will be in the 170s by the end of the month.
