• It’s just cruel and totally corrupt–no compassion at all. The authority needs to catch all the thieves, take their assets, and use that money to really help the homeless people. They deserve it, not the crooks!
• Many consultants and experts have conducted numerous studies and accumulated wealth. Consider the same issue on a smaller scale in Seattle. Each homeless person is a business asset for experts and their associates. They have no interest in losing these assets.
• $24B was not spent on “homelessness”: it was allocated to homelessness, but spent on political efforts & used to enrich political cronies
• Ok, $24B equates to $320,000 for each of the 75,000 homeless in LA. If the govt had just handed out the money(like they do to the illegals) these people could have found apartments or homes…..but Gavin wants you to trust him with your tax $$.
• Fun fact: California removed thousands of their homeless by buying them luggage, clothing and plane tickets (one way of course) and sending them to Hawaii. Hawaii Medicaid found this out when they had issues registering homeless because they were already on CA rolls.
• Thank you! We have been watching this scam fiasco for years and finally it may be exposed. Why is Fox the only media covering this stuff? Where is the LA Times? What happened to the homeless trailers that sat empty? etc…
• The politicians lined their pockets. What they didn’t steal, they gave to illegals. Our country’s politicians have been stealing for themselves and supporting illegals for decades. It’s widespread. They care nothing for our homeless
