• It could definitely change the standards for healthy eating. But it d be better if he focused on reducing poverty levels as well.

• This is great! America eat protein, healthy fats, limit carbs, eat vegetables No seed oils, added sugar, and limit or eliminate processed foods (if it doesn’t spoil within a week or so it probably isn’t good for you). Add in 8 hours of sleep, get sun, lift weights and walk.
