Mayor of Minot Tom Ross resigned after he sent a video of him jerking off to City Attorney Stefanie Stalheim. Ross says the video was supposed to be a “s*xy video for his girlfriend” that he filmed on his lunch break. “I do take responsibility for this mistake. I tried to immediately correct it and was unable. The decision I made falls in line with all my work on behalf of the City of Minot. I put my heart and soul into this community,” Ross said in a statement.
