• Under this group, education has deteriorated to the equivalent of an African tribe along the Congo; the one thing that has gone up is Randi Weingarten’s salary. She makes 11 times more than a starting teacher.

• Ok so what’s going to be their excuse in a few years when test scores increase? My guess is they go from “You didn’t build that” to You didn’t teach that!ious
• Since DOE was create the US has spent more than $5Trillion on education. During that same time the Us went from #1 globally to generations of kids that cannot read at 8th grade level, cannot do simple math, don’t know who the US won Independence from. Yeah GOOD RIDDANCE
• OH NO! More govt workers that have lost their jobs! I can’t imagine the anxiety associated…oh wait, yes I can, I have been laid off from businesses that have actually HAD to go bankrupt (unlike govt so far). No one was filming as we packed up our boxes! Is media trying to drum up sympathy to stop this, as if we have a choice?
