She was one of the speakers on the Tesla Takedown organizers call this Wednesday. Hu bragged about her involvement in the violent Manhattan Tesla rallies this month, where members of POP and @sunrisemvmt were arrested for VANDALISM of Tesla Showrooms. Hu is calling for a demonstration at all 277 @Tesla showrooms in the United States. During the call, she called @ElonMusk and President Trump “wannabe authoritarians”. She also encouraged everyone on the call who wanted to get involved to protest at Tesla showrooms, or Tesla charging stations. Alice Hu is Chinese.

The law states that a person is engaging in domestic terrorism if they commit an act that is ‘dangerous to human life’ that violates state or federal laws, if such an act intends to: Intimidate or coerce civilians Influence government policy by coercion or intimidation Affect how a government conducts its affairs assassination, kidnapping or mass destruction Also, the acts must occur within the territorial jurisdiction of the US.
