• Delaware apparently likes to play partisan politics with the corporations paying taxes in the state. It is very easy to re-incorporate in Nevada. The strawberry on top is besides corporate taxes another big revenue generator for them is credit card processing centers such as Capitol One. Yes, the same company Trump is suing for many billions over de-banking his family. Delaware could be losing even more.
• Even from an ‘outsider’ looking in, this just isn’t serious. Elon, who? C’mon—get real (whether you like him or not). I also didn’t vibe with the chainsaw image. Change isn’t about chopping away recklessly. It’s strategic—like a surgical strike, not a chainsaw unless you’re looking to cut off the head of the snake (Hydra). And we all know what happens when you do that. The remainder is for the ‘insiders.’
