Pam Bondi is a major disappointment! In a prime example of “Don’t count your chickens before they hatch,” Pam Bondi has united a divided America against her. U.S. Attorney General Bondi, in full bravado, promised multiple times to release never-seen-before Epstein files. She did release the files, but it wasn’t what anybody expected. During an interview with Fox News, Bondi stated that “some Epstein information” would be released on Thursday and would make people sick. This is part of a broader strategy to make the government more transparent—or at least appear more transparent. But when the moment came, it turned out to be a complete dud. What Are the Epstein Files and Why Do They Matter? Jeffrey Epstein was a high-profile financier and a convicted child sex offender. His list of crimes ranges from sexual abuse of minors to human trafficking. As per case reports, Epstein recruited and sexually abused more than a dozen underage girls between 2002 and 2005. Some of the girls were as young as 14. He used his extensive wealth to create a network to recruit more victims. Epstein made his victims recruit other victims which created a steady stream of underage girls.

In 2019, he again landed in federal prison on charges of sex trafficking.    Epstein files are a collection of information about Jeffrey Epstein’s crime. It included his contact list with many big names like David Koch, Ted Kennedy, and members of the Trump family. The Epstein files also contained the flight records of his private jets that were dubbed the “Lolita Express.” Pam Bondi Faceplants on Epstein Files Release When Pam Bondi released the Epstein Files, the public was in for a disappointment. The files consisted of information that had been in the public domain for over a decade. The “never-seen-before” factor that Pam Bondi was so proud of was entirely missing. This made the public on both sides of the political spectrum furious. Republican congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna wrote on X in all-caps that this is not what the American public asked for. She also called it a “complete disappointment,” and demanded to give the public “real information.” Longtime Trump fan and far-right influencer Laura Loomer even called for the resignation of Pam Bondi, while another influencer, Sarah Fields, called it “gaslighting the public.” Democrats like Eric Swalwell and Jared Moskowitz were also quick to decry the “lackluster reveal.” Pam Bondi, in her defense, blamed the FBI in New York for withholding thousands of documents from the Epstein files. Fox News host and Trump’s mouthpiece, Jesse Watters, surprised no one by supporting Pam Bondi, stating that “she was duped by the FBI too.”
