I’ve always required this of my teams. Weekly reports turned in, daily accountability. We had morning and afternoon meetings with the entire team. Took less than 20 minutes for each meeting. AM meeting: What are your main goals to accomplish for the day. PM Meeting: did you accomplish your goals, why or why not and what are your next steps. Then we had 30 min 1:1 meetings each week discussing the previous week’s accomplishments and goals for the following week. I did this with my admin staff as well as sales. – Tricia Howard
