These are the same Democrats who lecture endlessly about “no one being above the law”—yet they had no problem violating it themselves. Under their leadership, New York became a sanctuary state, funneling taxpayer dollars into housing and benefits for illegal migrants while crime soared, businesses shuttered, and working-class citizens were left behind. For years, Democrats weaponized the justice system against conservatives, launching politically motivated prosecutions while ignoring rampant corruption in their own ranks. But under Trump’s leadership, the DOJ is being restored to its rightful purpose—delivering real justice, not partisan witch hunts. If these charges hold, Hochul and James may finally be held accountable for their role in the illegal immigration crisis. This is just the beginning.
