• All judges should be required to pass a minimum knowledge test about the law before being allowed to take office.
• It’s always messed up how one unknown federal judge in some random district in some random state can do this. Why should some judge in Rhode Island be able to make a decision that affects the whole country? Especially when he’s not even the only federal judge in the US. This isn’t a democracy and never was.
• The Constitution is the law of the land. Any law that contradicts it is knull and void. Judges that over ride the Constitution rightfully should be ignored.
