Jordan’s King Abdullah II spoke with President Donald Trump at the White House. King Abdullah said Jordan was willing to help 2,000 kids in Gaza. Trump said “We’re going to take it” in the Oval Office. Trump said his Gaza plan would bring peace to the Middle East. President Trump restated his plan for the U.S. to take over Gaza and resettle residents, as he meets with Jordan’s Kings on Tuesday. Jordan has opposed Trump’s plan to permanently resettle Palestinians in the area, but did agree to take in 2,000 sick children from Gaza. Trump described the move as a ‘beautiful gesture.’
