- I subscribe to their daily audit reports and find the reports and audit topics to be educational and useful. In 2007, the GAO stated that there essentially was no reliable and meaningful way to test the integrity of foreign programmed voting system software and made recommendations that were never implemented.
- I don’t think anyone has to take their advice but for the citizen and independent journalist, they do have some nuggets of good information to build on. And not sure how much these reports cost but definitely been worth the daily reports to understand what going on.
