Trump knows the fires will keep going forever unless they allow the water to flow. The Marxists in charge will never allow it. His second demand of voter ID would destroy the Democrat Party in California so this is another thing they will never allow. California is effectively a Left-Wing Dictatorship now, no way to change it at the ballot box ever, even if 90% of people vote Republican. They just get 5K or 10K low lives to go from polling station to polling station, plus put in millions of fake ballots, and then take as long as they want to count them. Weeks and weeks folks, so they can lie and say the Dems won ONLY Federal intervention now can sabe California from the Marxist Democrats.
