CRIME: NYC police are conducting a manhunt for Jamar Banks for stabbing multiple subway passengers. He’s been arrested 87 times having shot pedestrians on the street, stabbed train passengers, and McDonald’s customers. Presumably they will release Banks once again after they arrest him for the 88th time.
