Victoria Nuland and the Truth About Ukraine That CNN Will NEVER Show You

Victoria Nuland, the Deep State take on her and more…

WATCH: Victoria Nuland—with an impressively straight face—says US foreign policy has been focused on “defending democracy & freedom around the world.” This is the woman who overthrew Ukraine’s democratically-elected leader in 2014.

A top official from the State Department mentioned that the money the U.S. gives to Ukraine helps create jobs in America. In a CNN interview, Victoria Nuland, the Acting US Deputy Secretary of State, explained that a lot of the funds meant for Ukraine are used to make weapons in the U.S.

Nuland talked about a financial aid package for Ukraine that Congress didn’t approve before their winter break. She believes it will get passed because it benefits the U.S. too. “A big part of this money ends up helping the U.S. economy by creating jobs in about forty states,” she said, noting that many Americans still support helping Ukraine.

Recently, a bill that President Joe Biden wanted, which included $60 billion for Ukraine mostly for weapons, didn’t get through the House of Representatives. They plan to talk about it again after February 28th.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken also mentioned that about 90% of the money for Ukraine is spent in the U.S. making weapons and gear. He said this helps American businesses, local communities, and strengthens the U.S. defense industry.

A report from Germany’s Kiel Institute shows that the U.S. gave Ukraine about $73.7 billion in aid from January 24, 2022, to January 15, 2024, with around $46.6 billion of that for military purposes.

But Ukraine is asking for more help. Ukrainian President Zelensky told American lawmakers that visited him that Ukraine could lose the war against Russia without the U.S.’s help, as mentioned by US Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

Russia isn’t happy with the U.S. and other Western countries for giving military aid to Ukraine, saying it just makes the conflict last longer.

Victoria Nuland said the quiet part loud: “We have to remember that the bulk of this money is going right back into the U.S., to make those weapons” They are sacrificing the lives of Ukrainians for Military-Industrial Complex profits.  See fast clip below

A recent poll by the Harris Poll and the Quincy Institute found that fewer Americans want to keep giving military aid to Ukraine unless it’s part of peace talks. Only 22% think the U.S. should keep giving aid without conditions, while 48% say any new aid should depend on progress toward peace. About 30% think the U.S. should stop all aid to Ukraine.

Victoria Nuland… How the Left and Deep State view her:

Victoria Nuland is a seasoned diplomat with a career spanning several decades, deeply involved in U.S. foreign policy and international relations. Her work has seen her engage with some of the most complex geopolitical issues of our time, particularly in Europe and Eurasia. Nuland’s career is marked by her roles in bridging dialogues, managing conflicts, and shaping U.S. policies in regions of strategic importance.

Born in 1961, Nuland comes from a family with a strong academic background. She graduated from Brown University with a degree in Russian literature, political science, and history, a foundation that would set the stage for her future in diplomacy, particularly concerning U.S.-Russia relations.

Nuland’s journey in the U.S. State Department began in 1984, and she has since held various significant positions. Her roles have ranged from serving as the principal deputy foreign policy advisor to Vice President Dick Cheney, to the U.S. Ambassador to NATO, where she played a crucial role in navigating the Alliance’s responses to global crises and enhancing transatlantic security.

One of Nuland’s most notable positions was as the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs from September 2013 to January 2017. During this period, she was a key figure in the U.S. government’s response to the Ukraine crisis of 2014, when Russia annexed Crimea and conflict erupted in Eastern Ukraine. Nuland was actively involved in diplomatic efforts to support Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, including the imposition of sanctions against Russia for its actions in Ukraine.

Coup De’tat in Ukraine involved Joe Biden, George Soros, Victoria Nuland and the CIA

Nuland’s involvement in the Ukraine crisis highlighted her diplomatic style, characterized by directness and a willingness to engage on the ground. Her visit to Kyiv during the height of the Euromaidan protests, where she offered support to the demonstrators, underscored the U.S.’s commitment to democratic movements. However, her role also attracted controversy, particularly following the leak of a phone conversation in which she appeared to be discussing the future leadership of Ukraine, which led to accusations of U.S. interference in Ukraine’s internal affairs.

Beyond Europe, Nuland’s diplomatic career has also seen her engage with broader issues of global security and governance. She has been a proponent of strengthening U.S. alliances and partnerships, advocating for a robust U.S. presence on the international stage to promote peace, democracy, and stability.

After her tenure in the Obama administration, Nuland continued to contribute to the discourse on foreign policy through her work with think tanks like the Brookings Institution, where she focused on issues such as the future of NATO, the challenges posed by Russia, and the dynamics of U.S.-European relations.

In the Biden administration, Nuland serves as the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, the third-highest position in the State Department. In this role, she continues to shape U.S. foreign policy, particularly in areas of geopolitical tension and competition. Her extensive experience in European and Eurasian affairs is particularly pertinent as the U.S. navigates its relationship with NATO allies, Russia, and the broader international community amidst ongoing challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and cybersecurity threats.

Nuland’s career exemplifies the challenges and complexities of modern diplomacy. Her work has often placed her at the nexus of U.S. foreign policy decision-making, dealing with crises, conflicts, and the intricacies of international relations. Despite the controversies and challenges she has faced, her commitment to U.S. interests and the promotion of democratic values abroad remains a defining feature of her career.

In reflecting on Nuland’s contributions to diplomacy and international relations, it’s clear that her career is a testament to the enduring importance of diplomacy in addressing the world’s most pressing issues. Through her various roles, Nuland has demonstrated the potential of diplomatic engagement to influence outcomes, shape international norms, and contribute to global peace and security. Her work underscores the belief that, even in an era of great power competition and complex global challenges, diplomacy remains an essential tool in the pursuit of a more stable, secure, and just world order.
