The Biden DOJ is not charging Joe Biden because he is too mentally unwell to be accountable for his crimes. Yes, that is their defense. This is the man with the nuclear codes.

During interviews with the Special Counsel, Biden couldn’t remember when he was Vice President or when his son passed away. And now the DOJ is saying that they aren’t bringing charges because they think a jury will find him to be too mentally incompetent to stand trial?! My friend Rep. @Lancegooden is asking a great question: if he’s too mentally incompetent to stand trial then how the hell can he be competent enough to run for POTUS?
