It says where to go. Three different locations. There’s 3 different locations in Jacumba. They’ve got the addresses here. It tells them what to say. It tells them what to say to border patrol. If you go on the back though, this is what really gets me. It actually has the organization that created this document right there, El Otrilado. It all goes back to the open borders left training them, aiding and abetting and we have more evidence of it right here directly from El Otrilado and the American Bar Association.
