Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, says in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people because they weren’t willing to engage in racial discrimination through hiring and promotion. - IBM’s woke executives just exposed $IBM shareholders to massive potential legal liabilities. Case in point, every past termination of an Asian and/or Caucasian Employee must now be questioned. Every demotion, reduced bonus, lack of promotion, etc. of Asian and/or Caucasian Employees should also be scrutinized. How many job applicants were turned away because of their race? Lawyers will have a field day with this and it should not stop there. In my opinion, certain $IBM executives also violated their fiduciary obligations to shareholders (aka, the folks who own the company) by knowingly discriminating against Asian and Caucasian Employees. – ALexander
