US President Joe Biden is “coming apart at the seams” and has again had a “stumble” trying to navigate walking up a small flight of steps, says Sky News Australia host James Morrow. Mr Morrow said President Biden, after his stumble, then proceeded to engage in “that little jog he likes to do to show how vigorous he is”.
