“Duty To Retreat” in Blue States… Should Be Extinguished Nationwide!

Marxists/ Democrats are rolling out these insane laws in ALL states that they control.  They want you attacked even in your home, and you to NOT be able to defend yourself.  GET OUT of all Blue States now. Before you are victimized by California/New York. Washington/Illinois type of madness

Chances are if you live in a blue state, you have a legal duty to retreat when someone tries to commit a forcible felony against you.

This law is crazy and should be extinguished nationwide. That is the goal of my Stand Your Ground Act.

If one of my constituents in Florida is the victim of an attack, they have the right to stand their ground and defend themselves. But the law in many jurisdictions across the country falls on the side of the attacker.
