This Moronic Marxist thinks American law allows ANY DA to indict someone for a crime, without actually mentioning the crime.  Yeah, right….   What country do these morons live in? He thinks he can indict someone without actually mentioning a crime at all….. This case is dead on arrival. Any Judge that lets it even go to trail will be overturned instantly on appeal and 1000% at Supreme Court if it ever had to get there, which it will not.  See second vid below from Fox…. explains it fast – Sgt Pat
