That’s what I thought. I don’t care who you are….you’re not above the law. Us “regular” folk would be thrown in jail indefinitely for doing that….even a small business owner would face charges.

So? Unless it’s evidence presented by the courts it falls into an effort to suppress 1st Amendment rights of free speech. If it’s false, show that it’s false and the NYT will stop printing it. You fight lies with truth and not by suppressing it. We try everything else in the court of public opinion on the internet but the truth prevails. If it doesn’t we deserve to lose our freedoms. And no, personally I detest the NYT. I also detest CNN but isn’t it interesting to watch them extract themselves from the hole they have dug for themselves?
